Impactful Employee – Sasha Syrapushchynski

Impactful Employees

Sasha Syrapushchynski

Asia Pacific Regional Manager

How long have you worked for Impact, and what do you do?

It has been four wonderful years since I joined the Impact family. Moving from a large corporation, I was excited to become more than just an employee number (or, for that matter, employee name that no one could pronounce). I had a somewhat idealistic view of what working for Impact might look like, and I am happy and proud to report that I have not been disappointed in the past four years. Close working relationships, deserving recognitions, and rewards make working at Impact an absolute pleasure and have inspired a sense of pride.

What is your favorite part about working at Impact?

I can mention many great things about working at Impact and our team, but if I had to narrow it down, I would have to point out how the company cares and treats its employees. In today’s climate, when so many people feel uncertain about their employment positions and future, Impact is taking great care of employees and offering exceptional family support. Another point worth mentioning would be Impact’s charitable work. I noticed that my attitude and behavior became much more charitable as well. The atmosphere of caring and giving has inspired me to be a better human being outside of the company.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy sports and hobbies (who doesn’t like the occasional poker game with friends or chasing that little white ball over manicured fields of green). However, my favorite pastime would be spending time with my family—coaching my boys Go-Karting and Motocross, watching them play golf, and practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Also, spending time with my wife and family trips, no matter how far or just outside of city limits, as long as we are all together.

What are some of your proudest achievements at Impact?
Impact Fluid Solutions provided an environment where I could grow our business and repeatedly exceed my set goals. I am proud of my achievements as a Salesperson and a Manager and my newfound strength as a Business Leader.
