Each year, Impact is honored to donate to charitable causes across the globe under our Impact Our World corporate philanthropy and community service program. For 2023, we are proud to share that we’ve donated $250,000 to over 20 nonprofit organizations selected by our team members. Following company tradition, we timed the contributions to coincide with “Giving Tuesday”—the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
“Being an integral part of the communities where we live and work is a core value of our company,” CEO Rodney Uchytil said. “The Impact Our World program embodies that spirit of giving back as well as our larger commitment to responsible corporate citizenship.”
This year’s recipients represent a diverse range of charities, each with unique and compelling needs, highlighting Impact’s commitment to both regional and global causes. These deserving groups are spread across nine countries, demonstrating the reach of our giving.

In announcing Impact’s annual charitable contributions, Uchytil acknowledged the significant efforts of the staff members at the organizations receiving donations. “These dedicated individuals face challenging missions,” he said. “Through our campaign, we hope to convey not only our support but also our appreciation for their hard work to address a range of problems around the world.”
Each year, Impact employees take the lead in selecting recipients that hold special significance for them, ensuring our charitable efforts are genuinely driven by our team. This year’s contributions bring our total donations to more than $1.5 million since the program’s inception a decade ago. In addition to annual charitable donations, the Impact Our World program includes paid time off for volunteer work, allowing employees to contribute their time to their chosen causes. Impact also offers a financial matching program, matching employees’ charitable donations dollar for dollar, up to $5,000 annually.
