How long have you worked for Impact and what do you do?
I’ve been with Impact Fluid Solutions for four years and have 14 years of freight forwarding and logistics experience. I oversee of all of our company’s shipping needs, from material deliveries to product distribution across the United States and globally.
What are some of your proudest achievements at Impact?
Getting our products to their final destination is always an accomplishment, but at Impact, successes are felt collectively rather than individually. Our team does not stop until we have achieved our goal. I am honored to be a part of such a dedicated group.
What is your favorite part about working at Impact?
Impact is a great place to work. The team gets together to volunteer for various charitable organizations. I’m proud to work for a company that supports its community. It motivates me to keep working on a personal level.

Although scheduling and demands initially look challenging, Mariana works effectively with all of our Regions and is focused on achieving the goal.
