Impact was proud to resume our tradition of holding an annual “Day of Service,” as team members volunteered at Catholic Charities’ Guadalupe Center in downtown Houston. The event was part the long-running Impact Our World program, which combines charitable giving and community service to support causes important to Impact employees.

CEO Rod Uchytil led a contingent of Impact employees in stocking shelves at the pantry, which helps to feed about 1,200 families per month, and assisting clients seeking nutritious groceries. Impact team members also cleaned donated clothing items and assembled hundreds of bags of goods for distribution to unhoused families.

“Our ‘Day of Service’ is an important tradition at Impact,” Uchytil said. “It’s an event that helps us fulfill our commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen in the communities where we live and work, while also providing an opportunity to strengthen the bond between our team members.”
