Impact Appoints Leader in Oilfield Fluids QHSE

QHSE Manager Stephen Rabke

Impact Fluid Solutions is pleased to announce the hiring of Stephen Rabke, who has been selected to serve in the newly created role of QHSE Manager. Stephen brings nearly three decades of experience including more than 20 years at leading oilfield fluid companies, and expertise in safety and environmental systems and compliance processes.

At Impact, Stephen will play a lead role in ensuring we continue to uphold our commitment to helping minimize the environmental footprint of the energy industry. He will also work closely with our clients to help them achieve their environmental goals, reporting on KPIs, providing documentation on systems and processes, and serving as our liaison for audits at our facilities and rig sites.

Prior to joining the Impact team, Stephen worked for seven years at Newpark Resources, where he most recently served as Global Director of Product Stewardship. Previously, he spent 17 years at M-I Swaco (a Schlumberger company), where his roles included Senior Environmental Scientist and Manager of Occupational Health. He served for nine years in the environmental department, where he helped develop data and testing methods used in the creation of offshore drilling regulations for the Gulf of Mexico.

Stephen began his career at a commercial aquatic toxicology lab, gaining expertise in whole effluent toxicity testing and developing novel testing procedures. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University at Galveston.

Based in Houston, Stephen will report to Justin Mclellan, our Senior Director for Technology and Operations Support.
